Wild Kingdom, backyard edition

Meet Gus. Gus lives on our back deck, usually scaring the crud out of me when I first go outside. There is actually more than one lizard that lives on/around our deck, but we refer to all of them as "Gus". Gus has provided ample entertainment for the kids. From showing off his amazing acrobatic skills while they chase him, to his whole "changing colors" gig he has going on. Gus makes us smile.

(oh, and rest assured, that photo is zoomed way in. We are not living on a modern day Jurassic Park. If we were, I'd be much too busy rolling around in my piles of money to be blogging.)
