We truly are the Griswolds

As much as I love having tons of lights, the hubby loves having as big of a Christmas tree as possible. We went to a Christmas tree farm this year to pick out "the" tree. We ended up buying the biggest tree they had for sale. 10 1/2 feet of Georgia Leyland Cypress is now stationed in our living room.

That is beautiful!

I can't hep but notice how tall Ryan is too - my goodness he has grown up! He is Kaden's age right?

Actually, Kaden is a little older, Ryan's 9th birthday isn't until April. He is getting huge though, we're starting to wonder when he's going to pass me, and I'm not short, I'm 5'8"!

He wears a size 5 1/2 shoe already. o.O
