Latest update-we are in a contract for a house! Woohoo! Now all the inspections and appraisals and whatnot need to get done, and we can close as soon as they are! Everyone wants to get us out of the hotel and into the house as soon as possible so here's to everything working out quickly!
I'll share more about the house and pictures after closing, in the tiny chance things don't work out. I will say it's not huge but has plenty of space for us, is a really unique looking house, has a ginormous backyard, and we are getting a good deal on it.
I'm excited! More juju for smooth and quick closing needed!
